CHRIST IS CHRISTMAS - Christmas is truly a beautiful time of celebration when Christ is kept first. The spirit of Christmas is also an exciting aspect of the Christmas season. The Bible says, “Thanks be unto God for his unspeakable gift.” What compares with the “unspeakable gift” — the gift that stops me from even trying to describe it? Thank God for the Lord Jesus Christ! Isn’t it wonderful to know God Almighty gave us God the Son and that we might have eternal life through Him? Christians should be the most excited people at Christmas time. The rampant commercialism of Christmas, doesn’t have to stop us from loving God. We must never forget our Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ. He is Christmas. Enjoy this glorious Christmas by exalting Jesus Christ and honoring Him with your life today.

The Beauty of Christmas
CHRIST IS CHRISTMAS
By Dr. Bud Calvert

No one, with the possible exception of Scrooge, could ever dislike Christmas!
During the Christmas season, I thoroughly enjoy all of the festivities — the lights, the special music, the holiday food, and the extra time with family, friends, and loved ones.
Most of all, I enjoy celebrating the birthday of the Friend of all friends, the Lord Jesus Christ, who “. . . sticketh  closer  than  a brother(Proverbs 18:24).
Christmas is truly a beautiful time of celebration when Christ is kept first.
The spirit of Christmas is also an exciting aspect of the Christmas season.
The Bible says, “Thanks be unto God for his unspeakable gift” (II Corinthians 9:15).
I’ve had some exciting gifts in my life, but what compares with the “unspeakable gift” — the gift that stops me from even trying to describe it?
Thank God for the Lord Jesus Christ!
Isn’t it wonderful to know God Almighty gave us God the Son and that we might have eternal life through Him?
Christians should be the most excited people at Christmas time.
While we may not care for the rampant commercialism of Christmas, it doesn’t have to stop us from loving God.
We must never forget our Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ. He is Christmas.
Enjoy this glorious Christmas by exalting Jesus Christ and honoring Him with your life today.
