THE MUSIC OF OUR SPIRITUAL DNA - Just like with physical DNA, God has written the formula on our spiritual DNA of what we have the potential to become in this life. Our spiritual DNA has been designed for God's purposes. It is an individual's choice to receive this revelation and apply it to our lives. It is up to the individual to not only recognize God's spiritual DNA in our lives, but to activate our destiny for godly purposes rather than for evil or self-fulfilling purposes. He is calling for us to be reconnected and united with him — which is the purpose for which we were created. “For you formed my inward parts; You wove me in my mother's womb. I will give thanks to You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Wonderful are Your works, And my soul knows it very well. My frame was not hidden from You, When I was made in secret, {And} skillfully wrought in the depths of the earth; Your eyes have seen my unformed substance; And in Your book were all written The days that were ordained {for me,} When as yet there was not one of them” - God places a piece of himself into every person who is born. Genesis 1:27 states, "So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them." Just like with physical DNA, God has written the formula on our spiritual DNA of what we have the potential to become in this life. Our spiritual DNA has been designed for God's purposes.

The Music of Our Spiritual DNA

Just like with physical DNA, God has written the formula on our spiritual DNA of what we have the potential to become in this life. “For you formed my inward parts; You wove me in my mother's womb. I will give thanks to You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Wonderful are Your works, And my soul knows it very well. My frame was not hidden from You, When I was made in secret, {And} skillfully wrought in the depths of the earth; Your eyes have seen my unformed substance; And in Your book were all written The days that were ordained {for me,} When as yet there was not one of them” - (Psalm 139:13–16 NASU).

God places a piece of himself into every person who is born.

Genesis 1:27 states, "So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them."

Just like with physical DNA, God has written the formula on our spiritual DNA of what we have the potential to become in this life.

Our spiritual DNA has been designed for God's purposes.

He reveals sin and error in our dreams and gives us the choice to replace them with power, anointing, revelation, and the ability to overcome.

It is an individual's choice to receive this revelation and apply it to our lives.

However, when it comes to our spiritual DNA (our destiny) we each get to choose what forces will influence our destiny the most — self, darkness, or God's light.

It is up to the individual to not only recognize God's spiritual DNA in our lives, but to activate our destiny for godly purposes rather than for evil or self-fulfilling purposes.

Before I moved to Texas, God revealed a powerful truth to me about spiritual DNA.

I had a spiritual encounter in a dream in which I was visited by someone who said that he had been sent to change my spiritual DNA and he was going to give me a blood transfusion for my next spiritual assignment.

The interpretation of the dream revealed that it was given to prepare me for a change in location.

Different geographic regions and states require a shift in our thinking, body metabolism, and even the sound frequency we will release to come into harmony with the new assignments God is giving us.

Like musical instruments, we have to be fine-tuned and polished in order to harmonize with the new seasons God has for us.

We must resonate with a new sound for a new season and assignment, otherwise we will be off-key and the favor of man will not be extended to us.

The Deep Places of God

“Deep calls unto deep at the noise of Your waterfalls; all Your waves and billows have gone over me. The lord will command His loving kindness in the daytime, and in the night His song shall be with me – A prayer to the God of my life” -  (Psalm 42:7–8).

This Scripture depicts the truth that the deep places of God call out to the deep places of himself that he put within each of us.

He is calling for us to be reconnected and united with him — which is the purpose for which we were created.

Although the concept of deep calling to deep between God and us is difficult to understand, quantum physics shows a similar scientific perspective of how different forms of matter give off unique vibrations.

All matter is made up of elements, elements are made up of atoms, and atoms are made up of electrons, protons, and neutrons.

There are twelve major subatomic particles known to man.

They consist of six uncharged particles called leptons, and six charged particles called quarks.

Physicists have also identified five particles that carry an invisible power force, known as bosons.

All these particles are associated with light and exist in the invisible realm.

The evasive Higgs boson, better known as the "God particle," has a subatomic mass between 115 and 160 giga-electron volts.

This particle is lighter than an atom of gold, but a little heavier than an atom of silver.

The God particle boson is believed to be the force that holds everything in the universe together.

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.” - (John 1:1–5 NKJV)

“Yet for us there is one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we for Him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, through whom are all things, and through whom we live” - (1 Corinthians 8:6 NKJV).

“And to make all see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the ages has been hidden in God who created all things through Jesus Christ.” - (Ephesians 3:9 NKJV).

“For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him. And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist” - (Colossians 1:16–17 NKJV).

When I learned of the invisible boson God particle, its mass being around that of silver and gold atoms, as well as its power to hold things together, I was reminded of the Scripture passage where the man crippled from birth was healed.

Then Peter said, "’Silver and gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk.’ And he took him by the right hand and lifted him up, and immediately his feet and anklebones received strength. So he, leaping up, stood and walked and entered the temple with them — walking, leaping, and praising God. And all the people saw him walking and praising God” (Acts 3:6–9 NKJV).

Could it be that Peter and John's healing declaration tapped into the faith realm, and the invisible power of the God particle gave strength to a crippled man's bones?

The greatest power in the universe is love.

GOD SPEAKS THROUGH MUSIC - Johann Sebastian Bach was virtually unknown outside of the German towns where he quietly lived and worked. Bach never sought fame or fortune. He was employed for most of his career by small churches and lived in relative obscurity. Music, according to Bach, was given to glorify God and to edify us. More than 250 years after his death, Bach’s music still lifts the heart and energizes the soul. Bach’s influence on cultures around the world has been impressive, particularly in Japan where less than one percent of the population are Christians. The beauty of Bach’s music and gospel-centered lyrics have created a spiritual awakening where Japanese citizens are exploring the person of Jesus.

How God Speaks Through Music
By Praying Medic
“Music expresses that which cannot be put into words and that which cannot remain silent.”
~ Victor Hugo
I have a friend named Todd Adams, who is a percussionist.
He’s been hearing God speak through music for decades.
Todd is part of a worship band but the kind of music the band plays is like nothing I’ve ever heard.
They don’t play hymns or even what can be referred to as “songs” with lyrics.
Elisabeth Cooper is the band’s leader. She plays keyboard and guitar. Her husband Daniel plays drums.
Todd plays everything from wind chimes and flute to djembe and occasionally employs an aboriginal form of throat singing that’s impossible to describe.
I had an opportunity to spend a weekend with the band at The Gathering a few years ago.
Todd’s goal with his percussion is to hear the sounds that are coming from heaven and play them to the best of his ability.
The rhythms he hears are seldom the same and they’re subject to change at any time.
Sometimes what he hears can only be described as the heartbeat of God. He senses the beat and plays it on his drum.
He senses other sounds in the heavens and adds them as they are heard.
The sounds he hears coming from heaven are very diverse, which is why he sits in a cage lined with a vast array of odd instruments that he’s collected over the years.
Each instrument emits a sound similar to one he hears coming from heaven.
Elisabeth also listens for the sounds she hears coming from heaven.
Whatever melodies and rhythms she hears—she plays.
She also hears the voice of the Holy Spirit and sings whatever she hears Him speaking.
The messages she sings can be about almost anything.
For this reason, there are no lyrics to help the audience sing along.
But those who are able to sense the same sounds in the spirit often join in.
The weekend I was with the band, there happened to be many people in the audience who suffered from conditions such as dissociative identity disorder and bi-polar disorder.
During the first session, the percussion seemed to create an atmosphere that attracted angels and I sensed an increasing angelic presence in the room throughout the evening.
Elisabeth began making declarations about freedom from emotional bondage and about things from the past that were holding people back.
I watched as about half the audience went to the floor and over the next 90 minutes, the Holy Spirit took many of my friends through a process of emotional healing.
Todd drives a public transit bus for those with physical handicaps.
As a way to help fund his mission trips, he recorded a couple of CDs.
One day he played a track from one of his CDs on his bus route and asked one of the riders to listen to it.
Todd had originally composed it as a song of mourning for the death of a dear friend.
The bus rider loved the music so much he bought the CD.
Months later, he confessed that the medications he was taking didn’t relieve his chronic pain but when he played the track, it somehow eased his pain.
Todd’s music became part of his regimen for pain management.
Here’s another way in which God speaks through music:
Millions of people over the last few centuries have heard of Johann Sebastian Bach.
Yet in his day, Bach was virtually unknown outside of the German towns where he quietly lived and worked.
Bach never sought fame or fortune. He was employed for most of his career by small churches and lived in relative obscurity.
Bach said, “Music’s only purpose should be the glory of God and the recreation of the human spirit.”
Music, according to Bach, was given to glorify God and to edify us.
You would have to look hard to find anyone who gave more joy to the world than Bach.
Christianity has never been widely embraced by the people of Japan.
In the 18th century, European traders and missionaries came to the island and had mixed success; commerce did well, but the gospel was largely rejected.
But Japan embraced the music of Western culture and in particular - the music of Bach.
His popularity is so great today that classes at the Felix Mendelssohn Academy in Bach’s hometown of Leipzig, Germany are filled with Japanese students.
These students are learning about more than just Bach’s music. They’re learning about the Spirit of God that moved him to write.
A Japanese Christian conductor named Masaaki Suzuki said:
“Bach works as a missionary among our people. After each concert, people crowd the podium wishing to talk to me about topics that are normally taboo in our society - death, for example.
“Then they inevitably ask me what ‘hope’ means to Christians. I believe that Bach has already converted tens of thousands of Japanese to the Christian faith.
“A Japanese musicologist named Keisuke traveled all the way to Bach’s home church in Germany to study the biblical basis for Bach’s cantatas.
“He ended up seeking out a pastor and asking, ‘It is not enough to read Christian texts. I want to be a Christian myself. Please baptize me.’
“Another Japanese musician, a female organist and former Buddhist named Yoko, said, ‘Bach introduced me to God, Jesus, and Christianity. When I play a fugue, I can hear Bach talking to God.'”

THINGS THAT THE HEART OF GOD DELIGHTS IN - One of the greatest things that the heart of God delights in are “the feet of those who announce the gospel of peace, and those who announce the good news of good things!" How beautiful it must be to the Eternal to see parents teaching their children the right way of life. Those who are forgiving, possess a contrite spirit, live a life of are loving and giving, and all those who possesses a repentant mind are beautiful to God. It must be especially wonderful when someone repents, and changes from the old ways to the ways of the Creator when the truth is revealed.

Beautiful to God

Have you ever wondered what is beautiful to God?
The word itself occurs only nineteen times in the King James Old Testament (Genesis 29:17, Deuteronomy 21:11, etc.).

Beautiful is recorded, however, only four times in the New Testament (Matthew 23:27, Acts 3:2, 10, Romans 10:15).
If we define as beautiful things observable by the senses, then God would likely view a sunrise or sunset he created as such.
The music of an angelic choir, a green forest, or a well-kept garden might also solicit such an evaluation from the Eternal as well.
Beauty, however, goes far deeper with Him than that.
The prophet Samuel learned a valuable lesson about what is beautiful to God.
He thought David's brother had the looks to be Israel's next king. The Lord, however, told him, "Do not look on his face . . . for man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart" (1 Samuel 16:7, HBFV throughout).
Because David's attitude and heart was beautiful he was specially chosen to be the human king of the Israelites (1 Samuel 13:14, Acts 13:22).
Anyone striving to obey their heavenly Father and keep His commandments (Exodus 20:3-17, Deuteronomy 5:7-21) are beautiful to Him.
Imagine His pleasure with anyone who worships him and Him alone, who keeps His name pure and holy, and who joyfully observes His holy Sabbath and annual feast days.
How wonderful it must be for him to see a person who truly honors his parents in everything he does!
In the book of Psalms, we learn much about praise.
David proclaimed he would praise the Lord (Psalm 7:17) even in the midst of many other people (Psalm 22:22).
He stated he would rejoice over him seven times a day (Psalm 119:164), as long as he lived (Psalm 104:33), with his whole heart (Psalm 9:1), and with singing (Psalm 61:8) and dancing (Psalm 150:4).
All this rejoicing must be increasing pleasing to our heavenly Father!
The apostle Paul wrote to Timothy, "Diligently study to show yourself approved unto God" (2 Timothy 2:15).
Study requires an enquiring mind, so it must be beautiful to Him to find someone who searches the scriptures to find the truth, then commits himself to it.
Faithfulness must also generate this response from the Eternal.
What must he have felt when he heard Ruth declare her beautiful and pure love for Naomi with her wonderful poem (Ruth 1:16-17)!
The Good News Bible tells us, "Children are a gift from the Lord; they are a real blessing" (Psalm 127:3).
Jesus recognized this when children were brought to Him so He could lay his hands on them and pray for them (Matthew 19:13-15).
How beautiful it must be to the Eternal to see parents teaching their children the right way of life (Proverbs 22:6).
Those who are forgiving (Matthew 6:14), possess a contrite spirit (Psalm 34:18), live a life of are loving and giving (Matthew 5:42, 44) and all those who possesses a repentant mind (Job 42:5-6) are beautiful to God.
It must be especially wonderful when someone repents, and changes from the old ways to the ways of the Creator when the truth is revealed.
One of the greatest miracles in the early New Testament church occurred in Jerusalem’s temple at a gate called Beautiful (Acts 3:2).
The gate, which faced the rising sun, was deemed to be magnificent because it was made of Corinthian brass and was adorned with thick plates of silver and gold.
One day the gate fulfilled its name to the full when Peter and John, through the power of God, healed a lame man and had a chance to preach about Christ (Acts 3:9-26).
The only other early church reference to beautiful, not found in the book of Acts, is in Romans 10. It is here that we discover one of the greatest things that the heart of God delights in.
Paul writes, "How beautiful are the feet of those who announce the gospel of peace, and those who announce the good news of good things!" (Romans 10:15, HBFV).

SIGNS FROM ANGELS - Angels often deliver answers, hints, messages, and warnings through signs--signals, or anomalies in life, which let us know that they're with us. Clouds are one of the most common ways that we receive “I love you” messages from Heaven. Pay attention, as recurring songs (or a series of songs sharing a theme) are almost always a sign from above. Rainbows have been symbolic of God's promise of love, care, support, and protection. Rainbows are not only signs, but also gifts of encouragement and guidance from the other side. The voice of God and the angels is that of love and wisdom. When they speak up, it's loud, clear, and unmistakable.

Signs from Angels
Signs from Angels7 Signs Angels Are Sending You
By Doreen Virtue

When angels help us through life, sometimes they do so in ways that may not be immediately recognizable to us.
They often deliver answers, hints, messages, and warnings through signs--signals, or anomalies in life, which let us know that they're with us.
Signs are repetitive, out of the ordinary, personally meaningful, and timed to coincide with your prayers or questions that you've posed to the Divine.
There are two steps to experiencing signs from above: (1) believe in them, and (2) notice them.
Amazing life transformations occur when we learn to see and use the messages the angels give us in everyday life, in all situations, big or small.
.
Clouds
Clouds are heavenly bodies of moisture, hovering above us like protective angels as they float around our world.
Angels love to use these natural wonders to show us signs because they can be shaped in any fashion and are spectacular to look at.
Clouds are one of the most common ways that we receive “I love you” messages from Heaven. The angels' clouds are physical signs that they’re with us around the clock.
Feathers
Feathers may be the ultimate angelic sign. Although feathers come in all different sizes and colors, they're amazing signs because they're directly connected with the thought, prayer, or question that you had in mind.
Rarely will you find one left by the angels without knowing what it means. Either you’ll come across it while thinking about something or you'll immediately sense the association upon finding it. The angels will bring you feathers and other signs in a way tailor-made to your own level of faith.
Music
The angels often send their messages through the sound and power of music. It seems that almost everywhere we go, silence is replaced with music in one form or another.
Pay attention, as recurring songs (or a series of songs sharing a theme) are almost always a sign from above.
In addition to offering a connection to Heaven, music delivers very direct messages and signs.
For instance, the title or lyrics of a song that you hear repetitively offers a chance to receive specific guidance from your angels.
Pennies
Coins, or currency in general, are often used by the angels to show us messages or give us guidance. All aspects of this type of sign have specific relevance to you and your path, including the time and place you find the coin, its denominations, the message written on it, and the material it's made.
The next time you find a coin on the ground, know that it was purposely placed in your path. The gift of a coin helps us feel supported--financially, emotionally, spiritually, and physically.
Rainbows
Since the time of Noah's ark, rainbows have been symbolic of God's promise of love, care, support, and protection.
When you ask the angels for a sign and you see a rainbow, it signals that your entire situation is being taken care of by them.
Albino rainbows, double rainbows, and moonbows (rainbows appearing at night under the moonlight) are all so unusual that they leave no doubt as to their significance.
Rainbows are not only signs, but also gifts of encouragement and guidance from the other side.
Voices
When there's an impending emergency or an excess of personal stress, the only way that the angels can ensure you'll hear them is through direct verbal communication.
And if the angels talk, there's no doubt as to their message and meaning, and you should definitely listen.
Hearing your name called by a disembodied voice is actually a common experience. This happens to most people as they're awakening from sleep, since that's when we're most open to hearing the angels.
The voice of God and the angels is that of love and wisdom. When they speak up, it's loud, clear, and unmistakable.
Numbers
Numbers are often the most interesting--and sometimes, puzzling--signs to receive from the angels.
Sequences appear in recurring patterns, and if you don't know what you’re looking at, it can feel as if someone or something is out to confuse you.
Numbers can also give us the courage we need to move forward and grow in our lives.
