The Spirit of Antichrist
There
is the spirit of
Antichrist and the man Antichrist. What is in work
today is the spirit of Antichrist not the man Antichrist.
Who is the Antichrist?
Antichrist means an antagonist or opponent of Jesus Christ. A person or power
opposing, against or in place of Jesus Christ.
The man
Antichrist will rise in the 7 year tribulation period and his reign will
be 7 years or 1 week as seen in Daniel 70 weeks.
Now, we
have the spirit of Antichrist in the world.
The spirit of Antichrist
The
spirit of Antichrist is that spirit which is against anything Godly.
It is
opposing Jesus Christ and working to totally wipe out Christianity and Jesus
Christ from earth’s surface.
This
spirit is against the Jews, Israel.
1 John 4:3: “And every spirit that confesses not that Jesus
Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of
Antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already
is it in the world.”
The
spirit of the Antichrist perverts, twists or adds to the essential building blocks
of Christianity.
Characteristics of spirit of Antichrist
Spirit
of Antichrist adds, denies, perverts or twists that;
1.
Jesus is God.
2.
Jesus is Christ
3.
Jesus was a man when He was on earth (He had flesh)
4.
Jesus rose from the dead physically
5.
Salvation is
only by grace through faith
6.
The gospel is the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ
Satan
is the main Antichrist with his primary target to destroy Jesus Christ and Christianity.
Any
person who perverts, twists or adds to any of the above maintained building
blocks is an Antichrist.
Satan
is against the Jews and working to wipe them out from earth, so the Antichrist
and the spirit of Antichrist.
Any
person working, with total enmity, to wipe out the Jews (Israel) has the spirit
of Antichrist.
Men
like Adolf Hitler, Antiochus Epiphanes etc.
were all powered and controlled by the spirit of Antichrist.
Any
person today against Jesus Christ, the word of God and anything Godly is under
the spirit of Antichrist.
