YOU WILL BEAR FRUIT AGAIN - See your trials as allies, not as enemies - Winter cold may seem unpleasant, even grueling and painful. It’s not only beneficial… it’s necessary. God created the seasons to give rhythm to time and allow the Earth to “breathe” between each of them. Winter also allows nature as a whole to go through a “dead time,” when it rests. Before it produces flowers, fruit, and new birth again… In the same way, God is calling you to live this winter season in rest, with the confident and peaceful expectation that after winter, spring and summer will come, accompanied by their fruits. God is the master of time, the master of seasons. He knows what’s best for you. Wait patiently for spring, when you’ll again bear fruit in God’s time. God wants to teach you to love winter as much as the other seasons of your life. I encourage you to see trials as allies and not as enemies because they teach you to. Look at Jesus, Hold on to Him, Wait on Him in expectation, And turn your eyes away from the circumstances… In order to focus on a higher perspective than your circumstances. The Word of God expresses it so well: “He has made everything beautiful in its time.” Yes, it’s true that this winter cold may seem unpleasant, even grueling and painful. However, it’s not only beneficial… it’s necessary. In fact, God created the seasons to give rhythm to time and allow the Earth to “breathe” between each of them. Winter also allows nature as a whole to go through a “dead time,” when it rests.

See your trials as allies, not as enemies

I love summer, the sun, the warmth…much more than the cold of winter, needless to say!

Yet, I’ve learned to recognize the benefits of this special time: the brilliant white snow, the blazing fires in fireplaces, and, of course, the festive Christmas season.

In the same way, I’m learning to appreciate the “colder” seasons of my life, these seasons where the wait is long and God’s silence is heavy…

These times are beneficial in your life too. Do you know why?

As this month ends and December begins, I encourage you to see trials as allies and not as enemies because they teach you to:

Look at Jesus,

Hold on to Him,

Wait on Him in expectation,

And turn your eyes away from the circumstances…

In order to focus on a higher perspective than your circumstances.

The Word of God expresses it so well in Ecclesiastes: “He has made everything beautiful in its time.” (Ecclesiastes 3:11, NKJV)

Yes, it’s true that this winter cold may seem unpleasant, even grueling and painful.

However, it’s not only beneficial… it’s necessary.

In fact, God created the seasons to give rhythm to time and allow the Earth to “breathe” between each of them.

Winter also allows nature as a whole to go through a “dead time,” when it rests.

Before it produces flowers, fruit, and new birth again…

In the same way, God is calling you to live this winter season in rest, with the confident and peaceful expectation that after winter, spring and summer will come, accompanied by their fruits.

God is the master of time, the master of seasons.

He knows what’s best for you.

Wait patiently for spring, when you’ll again bear fruit in God’s time.

Would you like to pray with me right now? “Lord, thank You for encouraging me today. I believe that this ‘dead time’ when You’re inviting me to rest is necessary so that I can bear new and abundant fruit, through Your grace. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”

I believe that today, God wants to teach you to love winter as much as the other seasons of your life.

Have a wonderful day in the presence of the Master of time!
